Covid information:

/!\ Due to the pandemic situation caused by COVID19, a sanitary pass (proving vaccination, negative PCR or antigenic test) will be required to attend the C'Nano congress and controlled at the entrance of Pierre Baudis Convention Center /!\

All all attendees will have to wear a surgical or class 1 certified tissue mask during the whole congress. An exception will be done during coffee breaks, lunch and dinners and for speakers during their presentations.

To be aware of the preconisations and sanitary measures set up in the congress center, you can consult this document (in French).

Congress official language: English
All scientific presentations (incl. posters) should be prepared and given in English.

Duration of plenary lectures: 1 hour (incl. questions)

Duration of keynote presentations: 30 min. (incl.questions)

Duration of selected oral presentations: 15 min (incl. questions)

Provided computer: PC
Please, copy your presentation on USB stick as a ppt or pdf format and bring it to the chairpersons of your session in order to copy it on the computer desk before the thematic session start.

If you want to do a presentation on mac computer, please bring you own computer and adapters.

Screen size: 16:9

Recommended poster dimensions: A0 (84,1cm wide x 118,9cm high)
Posters will be displayed during the whole 3-day congress

Attendance certificate: an attendance certificate can be delivered after the congress on request to cnano2020@sciencesconf.org
